Learning to meditate is very easy to put off. So many of my students tell me they’ve been meaning to learn for years, but life’s demands kept getting in the way.  “If only I’d done this when I first heard about it” is a line I hear all the time.  When you take the step to learn Vedic Meditation, you don’t have to wait long to feel the benefits. From as early as the first week my students report increased feelings of calm and happiness, a lessening of reactivity and a heightened enthusiasm for life.

If you live in Australia you'll find me regularly teaching in Sydney at Bondi Meditation Centre, the centre I own and manage with my partner Matt Ringrose. We have a very active, welcoming community and together we run courses, events and retreats in Sydney, Byron and India!

Currently all free intro talks are held at BMC in-person only. If you are unable to get to us in-person, book a discovery call and we can talk. options.
