Kriya Yoga, also known as Himalayan Breathwork, uses breath, movement, awareness and mantra to move energy through the body in a very direct way. It’s different from meditation, it’s more active, more experiential, and you can feel the effects quite tangibly in your physiology, your mind, and your overall state.

I've been on a big journey of spiritual growth, and I've trained in many yoga-vedantic modalities, but my greatest inspiration as a coach, guide and mentor, comes from my own spiritual practice, the time I spend in India, and being a mother.

New Moon Japa Workshop Series
A 75-min new moon reflection workshop to realign your intentions and reset your direction.
Mairead will guide you through journaling prompts to cultivate clarity, consistency, and support mindful, aligned decisions, before initiating you into a Japa Mantra to practice over a 21-day period. Each session is aligned with the month’s cosmic energy.
Once a month, I host an in-person and online Group Meditation at Bondi Meditation Centre. This session is free for Vedic Meditators.
This is the perfect anchor to help you stay connected to your Vedic Meditation practice, and the community.
I'll begin with a 20-minute group meditation, followed by an open Q&A, where you can bring your questions, about the technique, your experience, or life itself, and I'll offer reflections through the lens of Vedic wisdom.
Nothing formal, nothing too structured. Just a supportive space to deepen your understanding, stay inspired, and ask the things you've been wondering about.
