I design personal and group spiritual practice (Sādhana) programs to bring you closer to your true nature. These programs draw on yogic technologies including meditation, yoga āsana, mantra recitation, jāpa, mudra, pranayama (breathwork) service (seva), or the reading and study of spiritual texts.
